How do your muscles change?

INFORMATION: 

Muscles move all parts of body, it changes shape in a certain way.

YOU NEED:

Your body.

 WHAT TO DO:

Make a sulky face. Then stick your fingers in your cheeks and smile. Feel how the muscles your cheeks change.

Let your left arm hang down by your side.

Put the fingers of your right hand in to the biceps muscle at the front of your upper arm.

RESULT

We moved the muscles and their shapes changed.
